Gladys Nickolay Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gladys Nickolay of New Prague, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gladys Nickolay to pay them a last tribute.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Gladys shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gladys farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vendelin Soulek and Emma Soulek (Zoubek); and her husband Charles "Rock" Nickolay. She is survived by: her children, Deb Pint (Virgil) of Jordan, Kathy Kramer (Al) of Eagan, Chuck (Barb) of New Prague and Mary Pass (Dave) of Shakopee; her sister Rita Parsons; and her sisters-in-law, Lucille, JoAnn Nickolay and Ruth Huber. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (215 Main St E, New Prague, MN 56071). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
