She was predeceased by: her husband Emil; her daughter Rebecca; and her parents, Eugene Theisen and Michael Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Komarek (Brad) of Shakopee, Deb Cervenka (Dan) of New Prague and Denise Smisek (Donnie) of Lonsdale; her grandchildren, Rebecca O'Leary (Ryan), Elizabeth Komarek, Megan Holey (Parker), Travis Smisek and Ryan Smisek; her great grandchildren, Maverick and Aurora O'Leary; and her brother George Tupy (Elsie) of New Prague.
