He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Julie Schuettpelz (Barry) and Jeannie Wanta; his sisters, Arlene Sperle (Dennis) and Maxine Kurkowski; his stepdaughters, Cindy Richter-Haberman and Laura Richter-Bauer; his brother Ron Kurkowski (Karen); his sister-in-law Francoise Kurkowski; his stepbrother Jimmy Block; and his grandchildren, Jill Fiedler (Chad), Jason Otto (Kelly), Cerisa McKinney (Nate), Jessica Carbajal (Eric), Justin Otto (Julie), Janelle Seely (Jake), Jacqueline Sigrist (Nick), Mitchell Kelly, Megan Kelly (Brad), Sarah Domka and Jamie Domka. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
