She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois J. Pauly and Lidwina Pauly (Steinhoff); her husband Walter; her grandchildren, Jeff, Michelle, Melissa and Jason Kohoutek; and her siblings, Edwin Pauly and Dorothy Seurer.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Kohoutek (Judy), Sue Prochaska, Margo Young (Tom), Nancy Martin and Dan Kohoutek (Gail). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
