He is survived by: his wife Sharon McKenzie of New Prague; his stepdaughters, Paula Dhaene (Dan) of Henderson and Pam Deml (Allan) of Owatonna; his former wife MaryJo McKenzie of Montgomery; and his siblings, Danielle Hall (Jeff) of Palo, IA and Dennis Wachal of Jordan. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
