Cervenka; her children, Brian Cervenka of Jordan, Sherry Cervenka of New Prague and Scott Cervenka (Lori) of Askov; her grandchildren, Benjamin, Sonya (Rick), Cassie (Jordan) and Hannah; and her siblings, Don Preslicka (Millie) of New Prague, Ray Preslicka and Martha Kadrlik of Rochester.
