He was predeceased by: his grandmother Tara Pulkrabek; and his aunt Tonya Rae Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Lee Efta of Le Center and Trisha Efta (Slavik); his fiancé Allie Busse of Le Center; his daughter Maizie; his brothers, Dylan Efta of Le Center, Daryk Efta of Le Center and Drake Efta; his daughter Oaklynn of Le Center; his grandparents, Kevin, Jeanette Slavik of New Prague and Tom Efta of Ely; and his great-grandparents, Jeraline Pulkrabek of New Prague and Dorothy Efta of New Prague. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, & cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Devin's baby daughter, Maizie.
