She is survived by: her siblings, Anthony Simek (Mary) of New Prague, Patty Shankey (Scott Andrus), James Simek of New Prague and Mark SImek of New Prague; her nephew Michael Shankey (Alex); her niece Megan Shankey; and her great-niece Ophelia.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
