She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Mortvedt and Ingeborg Mortvedt (Langhelle); and her husband Gordon Hvidsten. She is survived by: her children, Mark Hvidsten (Nicole) of New Prague, Maria Hvidsten of Fergus Falls, Kari Drake (Mark) and Paul Hvidsten (Kim) of Fargo; her grandchildren, Samantha, Taylor, Mikkal Hvidsten, Daniel and Mallory Drake; and her stepgrandsons, Anthony Wilcox (Erin), Josh Wilcox and Dustin Vines (Miranda Blackburn). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; many cherished nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association, Moments Hospice in Mankato, MN, or your local hospice.
