He is survived by: his wife Jeanette D. Lexa; his daughter Jayne Skluzacek (Paul) of New Prague; his grandchildren, Brandon Skluzacek (Brynna), Jason Skluzacek (Angel), Miranda, Corinna and Zachary Tupy; his great grandchildren, Lana, Lexi, Scarlett, Liam, Eli, Everett Skluzacek and Patrick Tupy; and his sister Gladys Zoubek of Faribault.
