With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angie Korbel of New Prague, Minnesota, who passed away on December 29, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mayerhofer and Mathilda Mayerhofer (Haus); her husband Ozzie; her sons, Glenn, Daniel and Leonard; and her siblings, Benjamin, Marie Ries, Virginia Schmitz, Germaine Wagner and Berniece Julkowski.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Kiser of Redwood Falls, Wayne Korbel of Roberts, WI, Edward Korbel (Carolyn) of Eden Prairie, Delores Korbel-Alejandre (Juan) of Montgomery, Darrell Korbel of Northfield, Linda Salinas of St. Peter, Milton Korbel (Mopsy Slowiak) of River Falls, Marvin Korbel (Eileen Seeley) of Burnsville, Melvin Korbel (Lin) of Webster, Marjorie Korbel of Minneapolis and Arnie Korbel (Lisa) of Alexandria; her daughter-in-law Roxanne Korbel of New Prague; and her siblings, Sister Annella Mayerhofer of St. Cloud, Helen Breggemann of Shakopee, Eugene Mayerhofer (Delores) of Bloomington and Florence Moriarity of Belle Plaine. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; many, many great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren.
