It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Anderson (New London, Minnesota), who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Anderson and Lulla Anderson (Hystad); and his brothers-in-law, Lenice Tvedt (Chester) and Douglas Sakariason. He is survived by: his wife Diane Sakariason; his children, Karen Schaefer (Deb) of Norwood, Young America, Kevin Anderson (Katie) of Farmington and Keith Anderson (Robyn Bjerke) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Kirsten Helker, Reese and Ella Anderson; his brother Allen Anderson (Melody) of Weatherford, TX; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Sakariason-Wellnitz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
