He is survived by: his wife Carol West; his children, Karen Nelson (Robert) and James Kingman (Beverly); his daughter-in-law Anne Heike; his grandchildren, Joshua Nelson (Jennifer), Matthew Nelson (Tiffany), Rachel Nelson, Zoe Kingman, Phoebe Kingman (Christopher), Hannah Gjerde (Kyle) and Connor Kingman; his great grandchildren, Kaiya, William and James; and his sisters, Iva Jacobs, Rose Harris and Betty Cockrum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
