Mary Ann Schemmel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 76, Mary Ann Schemmel of New London, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Schweiss and Hilda Schweiss (Klement); her brother Mark Schweiss; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Schweiss, Connie Bloedow, Jim Schemmel, Terry Schemmel and Roger Schemmel; her niece Kristi Schweiss; and her nephew Eric Hagen.
She is survived by: her husband Woody Schemmel of New London; her daughters, Tonia Olsen (Trygve) of Dassel, Nicole Simonette (Todd) of Dayton and Jackie Schemmel of Willmar; her grandchildren, Brynn, Sigrid, Soren Olsen, Lexi, Olivia and Julia Simonette; and her siblings, Arnie Schweiss, Mike Schweiss, Deb Kohout and Lisa Hagen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
