It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Barber (New London, Minnesota), who passed away on April 13, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Foshager and Mildred Foshager (Mead); her husband Dick Barber; her sons, Butch Friehl and Ricky Barber; and her stepson Steven Barber.
She is survived by: her sons, David Friehl (Peggy) of Willmar and Duane Friehl (Shanna) of New London; her daughter-in-law Kammy Herzog of Willmar; her stepchildren, Renae Flann (Ronald), Greg Barber (Pat) and Doug Barber; and her stepdaughter-in-law Pat Barber. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
