With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bob C. Mattson (New London, Minnesota), born in Willmar, Minnesota, who passed away on May 15, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fran Mattson and Delmar Mattson. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Nilssen; his son Ted Mattson (Jess); his grandsons, Theo and Tristan; his nephews, Andrew Holle and Patrick Antil (Kristin); his sister Caryl Antil (Owen); and his brother-in-law John Holle (Julie).
He received the Prairie Star Award from Southwest Minnesota Arts Council in 2009 for his artistic contributions to the community.
