It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Smith of New Hope, Minnesota, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Anthony Croal; her parents, Joseph Steeber and Elsie Steeber; and her siblings, Mildred Baker, Robert, Donald, Jim and Lee Steeber.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Croal (Debbie), Monica Johnson (Myron), Joseph Croal, Nicholas Dangeur (Sonja), James Croal, Bernard Smith (Dana), David Smith and Rebecca Smith; and her brother Dick Steeber (Shirley). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
