He is survived by : his wife Suzanne Coyne of Coyne's Distributing; his children, Mike (Sandy) of Plymouth, MN, Tim (Julie) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Terri of Edina, MN, Kathy Maroney (John) of Burnsville, MN and Chris (Lisa) of Golden Valley, MN.; his grandchildren, Alex, Blake, Kyle (Liz), Rachel (Chris), Ryan, Erin and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Aubriana and Kennedy; his brother Dennis Coyne of Hopkins, MN.; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Klein, Jeanne Klein and Deni Coyne.

A wake was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kapala-Glodek-Malone Funeral Home (7800 Bass Lake Rd, New Hope, MN 55428). A prayer was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (7180 Hemlock Ln N, Maple Grove, MN 55369). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Gethsemane Cemetery (8151 N 42nd Ave, New Hope, MN 55427).
