He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Casey and Elaine Casey (Copeland); and his sisters, Gussie Mae Brown and Delores Jackson. He is survived by: his brothers, Theotis Casey (Deborah), Larry J. Casey and Tyrone Casey (Sheila). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
