It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Rieder (New Hope, Minnesota), born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jan; his brothers, Michael and Dennis; his nephew Joseph Manthey; and his parents, Norbert Rieder and Margaret Rieder (Varner).
He is survived by: his sons, Erik and Tim; his grandson Gage (Ashley); and his sisters, Patty Rein and Dannielle Manthey (Bill).
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
