He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fiala; his daughter Kathleen Freed (David); his grandchildren, Aaron Freed (Jeanne), Joseph Freed (Leanne) and Rachel Heinzen (Luke); his great grandchildren, Simon and Mary; and his siblings, Edward (Kay), Daniel (Cleo), Christella Korkowski (Dennis) and Rebecca Chouanard (Wayne).
