He was predeceased by: his parents, George Starke and Charlotte Starke (Lueschen); his son Andrew; and his sister Lois Zegar. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Starke and Ginger Starke; the mother of his children Stephanie Starke; his sister Linda Shapiro; and his cousin Ilona Cashin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
