She is survived by: her husband Richard Fanning (Dick); her children, Kathy Bedford (Bob), Gail Fanning, Rick Fanning, Woody Fanning (Molly), David Fanning (Perla) and Karen Fanning; her grandchildren, Amanda, Sean, Kevin, Kyle, Felipe, Casey and Sofia; her nieces, Kathleen and Sharon Lavery; and her nephew Daniel Lavery (Kate).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Millie's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
