He is survived by: his sons, Reverend Tom (Sarah) and Jim (Lisa); his grandchildren, Brooke, Mark (Makenzie), Ryan, Laura Schlotterback, Adam (Jenn) and Jenna Phillips (Franco Ferrara); and his great grandchild Annika Phillips.
