He was predeceased by: his parents, Wally Wasik and Sophie Wasik. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Cathy Lackmann (Barry), Mike (Amy) and Ann (Jeff Hastings); his grandchildren, Kristine, Jennifer Wasik, Laura, Logan Lackmann and Iren Hastings; and his brother Tom (Alyce). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Ronald McDonald House or the American Diabetes Association.
