BLEGEN, Kara Noel, age 31 of New Brighton, passed away on August 11, 2023. Her light and life will be deeply missed by her loving parents, David Blegen and Jill Mattys; sisters, Kelly Blegen and Katie Blegen; fiancee, Patrick Barrows; many relatives and good friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11am Wednesday, August 16th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 Second Ave NW, New Brighton, MN 55112 (651-633-8333) with visitation at church from 930am until Mass. Luncheon will follow Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Minnesota Animal Humane Society https://www.mnhumane.org.
