He is survived by: his wife Diane Samuelson; his sons, Dennis (Sonya), Daryl, Dwayne (Shelise) and Douglas (Jalene); his grandchildren, Kyle, Katie, Lannea, Curtis, Erin and Rylie; and his brother Ronald of Sterling, CO..
