He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Hahn and Ella Hahn (Schuft); his stepson Craig Dauer; his stepson-in-law Wally Bauer; his siblings, Frieda (Arnold Wichelmann), Raymond, Frederick and George (Ruth Hahn); and his close friend Vera Matthewson.
He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Kuehn; his son Peter Hahn of Winthrop; his wife Dolores Dauer; his stepchildren, Joyce Dauer (Laray "Skip" Kral) of New Ulm and Keith Dauer (Kim) of Mankato; his stepdaughter-in-law Diane Dauer of Hutchinson; his nieces, Marion Klimmek (Gary) of New Ulm, Mary Lou Serbus (Brian) of New Ulm and Mavis Sandgren (Jeffrey) of Redwood Falls; and his nephew Milo Hahn (Gretchen) of Gaylord.
