We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2025, at the age of 95, Frances Elaine Mastrian of Nevis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Johnson and Agnes Johnson (Platzer); her husband Eugene Mastrian; and her brothers, Richard and Clarence Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Anthony Mastrian (Cathy) of Little Fork, MN, Mark Mastrian (Barb) of Nevis, Patrick Mastrian (Vicki) of New Brighton, Robert Mastrian (Maribeth) of Nevis, Jeanne Kroll (Dwayne) of New Brighton, James Mastrian (Nancy) of Nevis, Joanne Scott (John) of Stacy, MN and Karen Novotny (Jeff) of North Branch, MN; her grandchildren, Jesse, Nicolas, Charles Mastrian, Jeremy, Ryan Mastrian, Luke, Michale Mastrian, Jenna, Frank, Abbey Novotny, Gina Scott, Jimmy and Jessica Mastrian; her godson Michael Ferraro; and her close friends, Roger, Iris Scott, Margo, Bernandy (Amazing Lady), Blake, Kathy Vander Vorst, Darren, Gina Ostendorf, Tim, Barb Tauers and Laura Lazzare. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to CHI St. Joseph's Hospice and the Park Rapids Headwaters Animal Shelter.
