She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev Floyd and Luella Fradenburgh (Gordon); her husband Gaylord Westby (Edwin Stansell); her stepson Glen Stansell; and her siblings, Floyd "Bud" Fradenburgh, Darlene Warren, Phyllis Hopster, Gail Stenbro and Norma English.
She is survived by: her former husband Edwin Stansell; her friend Church; her children, Lauren Westby of Albany, OR, Gloria Chell (Ron) of Frederick, WI, Dean Westby (Mary Beth) of Park Rapids, MN, Dale Westby (Trude) of Park Rapids, MN, Kathy Williams (Duane) of Albany, OR and Linda LeClair (Michael) of Carlton, OR; her stepchildren, Keith Stansell of Homedale, ID, Ron Stansell (Carolyn) of Newberg, OR, Larry Stansell (Tonija) of Homedale, ID and Maxine Jenkins (Tim) of Seattle, WA; and her sisters, Elaine Case (Wes) of Bend, OR, Marilyn Graba (Jay) of Mesa, AZ and Mary Ellen Nelson of Coeur.
