She was predeceased by: her husband Art; her parents, John Fort and Michaelene Fort (Harrison); her brother Ray Fort; and her granddaughter Jacquelina.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Juliot, Brent Juliot (Christine), John Perry, Jana Schnellman and Tim Perry (Danielle); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Ryan, Jeremy, Dominic, Benjamin, Brandon, Johnny, Samantha and Aidan. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; many friends.
