He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lundberg and Velma Lundberg; and also, Jerry and Adeline LePage. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his son Chad (Stacie); his grandsons, Dillon and Colton; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald LePage and Jan LePage. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
