He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene Mork. He is survived by: his father Jim Mork; his sons, Tanner Johnson-Mork and Conner Johnson-Mork; and his siblings, Mona Gansen (Randy) and Shawn Mork (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
