He is survived by: his grandmother Molly Bunker; his great-grandparents, Glen Bunker, Hartley White and Lillian White; his uncles, Arnold Wade, Kelly Bunker, Dickie Bunker, Richard Turpin, Marcie Fairbanks, Mussette Wade, Marika Anoka and Kathy Kier; his parents, Sonya Wade (Winston Wadena) of Naytahwaush and Phillip Wade, Sr. of Bemidji; his siblings, Cody Wade (Brittney), Arnold Wade, Heather Wade of Naytahwaush, Haylee Wade and Sadie Wade; his grandparents, Donna White, Rose Alvarado, Larry Wade, Jr. (Nadine) and Theresa Loud (Jim); his great-grandparent Phyllis Bunker; his uncles, Preston White, Michael Todd Bunker, Laura Chase (Dave) and Donis Bunker (Pete Alvarado); his nephew Cody; and also Poop Nugget. He is also survived by numerous cousins, family members and many friends.
