He is survived by: his father Merle Sr. Bush of Naytahwaush; his sons, Merle III of Naytahwaush, Anakin of Naytahwaush and Benjamin of Naytahwaush; and his siblings, Adam (Tracie) of Ashland, WI, Manuel of Naytahwaush, Elizabeth Lenoir (Robin) of Naytahwaush and Veronica Herrmann (Tony) of Mahnomen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
