He is survived by: his former wife Marie Blattenbauer; his wife Beverly Person of Naytahwaush; his children, Pauline Karsten of Gillette, WY and Samuel Karsten of Champlin, MN; his stepchildren, Tracie Kvale of Moorhead, MN, Paul Kvale (Debbie) of Grand Forks, ND and Brett Kvale of St. Croix Falls, WI; and his brother Marvin Karsten of Perham, MN. He is also survived by grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Following all Covid-19 safety protocols, social distancing will be practiced, and all must wear a mask to participate.
