He is survived by: his daughter Juanita Lopez of Callaway, MN; his father Timothy Roy, Sr. of Naytahwaush; and his brother Timothy Roy, Jr. (Jessica Goodwin) of Naytahwaush. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
