It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Earl Sargent (Mountain Lake, Minnesota), born in Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on August 24, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his granddaughters, Sadie Freitag and Avery Sargent; and his sisters, Dorothy Rector (Charles) and Evelyn Sargent. He is survived by: his wife Joan Sargent of Mtn Lake; his children, Debora Warwick (Jim) of Butterfield, Tamara Freitag (Brad) of Mtn Lake and Troy Sargent of Mtn Lake; and his siblings, Lewis Sargent (Marjorie) of Garden City, Muriel Sargent of Lake Crystal and Kathy Cornish (Wayne) of Nicollet. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
