She is survived by: her husband Glen Letellier; her children, Anita Schlabach (Eric) of Guthrie, Casey (Dorothy) of Siloam Springs, AR and Angela Salinas (David) of Yorba Linda; and her siblings, Susan Lee (Bob) of Burwell and Dwight Cummins (Rebecca) of Stillwater, MN. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and other relatives.
