With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Leonard Swanson (Mountain Lake, Minnesota), who passed away on July 30, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfried Swanson and Margaret Swanson; his brother John Swanson; and his grandson Benjamin. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Swanson; his children, Steve Swanson (Terry) of New Hope, David Swanson of Fairfield, Bruce Swanson (Merna) and Jodi Bjerke (Rod) of Rockford, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Swanson and Dennis Storbeck of Overland Park. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
