He was predeceased by: his parents, Claus Wiens and Anna Wiens (family: Bingham Lake); his brothers, Alvin and Ray; and his sister-in-law Rose.
He is survived by: his brother Donald; his sister-in-law Dorothy Wiens of Denver, CO; his sister Luella; his siblings-in-law, Peter Enns of Vancouver, BC and Angela Wiens of Rochester, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Douglas (Debbie), Roger (Gwen), Duane (Patti), Kyle (Stacy), Donna Wiens, Lisa Weiberg (Jeff), Cheryl Enns, Sandra Enns, Kayla Carter (Mark) and Karmen Clark (Lyndon).
He also volunteered locally with The Gideons International, donating and distributing Bibles.
