It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Fredrick Karschnik (Mountain Lake, Minnesota), who passed away on March 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Karschnik and Lena Karschnik (Krueger); his brother Harvey; his siblings-in-law, Ruth Bernloehr, Terry Evers, Virginia Karschnik, Edward Kliewer, Alvin Karschnik, Lester Evers and Wayne Bennett; and his niece Lori Evers.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Julie Brugman (Dennis) of Mountain Lake, Kevin Karschnik (Misty) of Mountain Lake, Vicki Duerksen (Dale) of Plymouth, Cindi Wiens (Curt) of Olathe, KS and Kent Karschnik (Kimberly) of Mountain Lake; his sisters, Edna Kliewer and Elaine O'Neil (David); his siblings-in-law, Lucille Bennett, Helen Evers, Larry Evers and Dennis Bernloehr; his grandchildren, Crystal Fast (Jesse), Jordan Brugman (Sonia), Kody Karschnik (Lindsey), Jared Karschnik (Natalie), Justin Duerksen (Kate), Jesse Duerksen (Anna), Paige Duerksen (Josh Capocasa), Kate Lindelof (Jason), Brady Wiens, Hannah Wiens, Adam Karschnik and Alex Karschnik; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Maxton, Micah, Mereck Fast, Logan, Landon, Layton Brugman, Deliah, Camilla, Estelle, Camden Karschnik, Hadley, Knoxx Karschnik, Jack, Lucas Duerksen, Emma, Everly Duerksen and Gavin Lindelof.
