She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Brockmueller and Lillie Brockmueller (Waltner); her husband J. Herbert Friesen; her sister Vivian; her brother-in-law Glen Gering; her brother Gordon Brockmueller; her brother-in-law James Wipf; and her grandson Bryant Friesen.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott (Lori), Merle (Stephanie), J. Brent (Judy) and Troy (Jennifer); her sister Joyce Wipf; and her sister-in-law Shirley Brockmueller. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
