He is survived by: his wife Linda Foucault; his daughter April Jeffery (Bill Heisel); his siblings, Kenneth Dall (Joyce), Ronald Dall (Phyllis), Gordy Dall (Mattie), Glenn Dall (Deb), Arlene Blake and Sharon Taylor (Ken); and his sister-in-law Teresa Dall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
