He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stanley Okoren, John and Olga Cvar; his uncle John Dale Cvar; his brother-in-law Patrick LaMourea (PJ); and his cousin Derek Bane.
He is survived by: his parents, Tom Cvar and Marly Cvar; his girlfriend Molly Edwards; his siblings, Carrie Cvar-Allen, Kimberly Plesha (Michael) and Laurie Cvar-LaMourea; his grandmother Mary Ann Okoren; his nieces and nephews, Zach Allen (Kykeshia), Kolton Plesha, Kavan Plesha, Heith, Hunter LaMourea, Alexie Allen, Morganne Plesha (Michael Evans) and Payton Walker (Harold); his great-niece Kyrie Allen; and his great-nephew Zarius Allen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the MIB Hoops Club in Lee Cvar's name.
