Reinhold Markfelt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Reinhold Markfelt of Mounds View, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 13, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Reinhold shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Reinhold farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Markfelt and Reinhold Markfelt. He is survived by: his wife Judith Marie Smith of Superior, WI; his children, Sandra Eigenheer (Charles) of Ham Lake, MN and Thomas Markfelt (Rahsa Bale); his grandsons, Nicholas (Annalyssa) and Eigenheer (Mitchell Eigenheer) of Ramsey, MN; and his sisters, Janice Hammerstrom of Fridley, MN and Marilee Esala (Jeffery) of Duluth, MN.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel-Blaine (1385 107th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
