It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Radtke (Mounds View, Minnesota), who passed away on November 29, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son David; and her brother Bert Evgen. She is survived by: her husband Erwin; her daughter Linda; her grandson David (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Nolan and Norah; and her brother Allan "Sonny" Evgen.
