He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian and Blanche; his grandsons, Daniel and William; and his siblings, Rosie and Adrian Jr..
He is survived by: his grandchild John; his wife Marlene; his children, Sharon Breeggemann (Brad), Michael, Patrick (Lynn) and Edward; his grandchildren, Lee Breeggemann (Birch), McDermeit, Liz Lura (Thomas), Emily Gabrielsen (Martin) and Benjamin Huyck; his great grandchildren, Wren and Noah; and his sisters, Yvonne, Louise and Mary.
