He was predeceased by: his parents, Val Udermann and Clothilda Udermann (Maurer); and his siblings, Charles Udermann, Francis Udermann, Joan Rhode and Kathy Wolter.
He is survived by: his wife Babe Udermann; his children, Patrick (Kim), Mike (Char), Margaret Turner (Randy), Lucy (Mark Walbridge) and John (Mary); his brother MacUdermann; and his grandchildren, Josh, Mary, Nikki, Tom, Sam, Emma and Jack. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
