We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2025, at the age of 96, Ethel Helen Hoover of Mounds View, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie; and her son Jeffrey. She is survived by: her children, Paul (Giselle) and Brenda Frigaard (Mark); her grandchildren, Heather, Leah (Karl), Jesse (Erin) and Hannah (Wes); and her sisters, Linda, Lorraine and June. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Believers Bible Chapel (11024 University Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55448). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Union Gospel Mission.

“My Sincere Condolences and Deepest Sympathy to all the family. Ethel was one of my first cousins. We lived on a farm in Maple, WI and our parents would drive all 3 of us kids to go visit our cousins. We had much fun together. However, my Dad got a job in Superior, WI at the Butler Shipyards building Liberty Ships during WWII. So we lost touch with Ethel and many of our great cousins. Everyone later went to find jobs all around the country. I called Ethel a few years back. She will be missed.”
